📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage all active cloud kitchen brand listings on Zomato and Swiggy restaurant partner dashboards on a daily basis.
• Update menus, item availability, pricing, and operational hours on aggregator platforms accurately and without delay.
• Monitor incoming order acceptance rates, identify bottlenecks causing cancellations, and escalate to operations management.
• Respond professionally to negative customer reviews on Zomato and Swiggy to protect and improve brand ratings.
• Plan and execute aggregator-platform promotional campaigns including discounts, combos, and festival offers.
• Track platform analytics including order volume, average order value, rating trends, and delivery time performance.
• Coordinate with the kitchen lead on menu item availability, prep time updates, and new item launches on aggregator apps.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline; business, marketing, or commerce background is an advantage.
• Zero to three years of experience managing Zomato or Swiggy restaurant partner accounts or similar aggregator platforms.
• Hands-on proficiency with the Zomato for Restaurant and Swiggy Partner dashboards for menu and order management.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate menu listing, pricing, and availability updates across multiple brand accounts.
• Good written English and Tamil communication skills for drafting professional responses to customer reviews.
• Analytical ability to interpret aggregator dashboard metrics and translate data into actionable improvement steps.
• Interest in food delivery business operations, digital marketing, and the cloud kitchen industry in Chennai.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
