- Organize health camps, health education sessions, and community surveys as part of the community health nursing practical curriculum
- Teach national health programmes: Universal Immunization Programme, RNTCP (TB control), National Vector Borne Disease Control, Rashtriya Kishor Swasthya Karyakram, and NHM guidelines
- Guide students in family health assessment, community diagnosis, and community nursing care plan preparation
- Set and evaluate internal assessments, model examinations, and community practical evaluations
- Coordinate community liaison for student field postings and community health activities
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- M.Sc. Nursing with Community Health Nursing speciality from an INC-recognized institution
- Active TNMC registration mandatory; community health nursing experience preferred
- 2 - 8 Years of combined community health nursing and teaching experience
- Strong knowledge of epidemiology, public health, and national health programme implementation
- Experience organizing community field postings and PHC-based clinical supervision
- Awareness of current NHM, Ayushman Bharat, and Tamil Nadu Health Department programmes and policies
