• Lead curriculum design and revision for the specialisation or department
• Apply for and manage research grants from ICSSR, DST, or AICTE
• Serve on academic councils, Board of Studies, or accreditation committees
• Represent the institution at national and international management conferences

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Do you hold a Ph.D. in a management discipline from a recognised institution?
• Do you have UGC-NET or SET qualification in Management or a related subject?
• How many Scopus or ABDC-listed journal publications do you have?
• Have you supervised Ph.D. scholars or guided MBA dissertation projects?
• Have you led curriculum design or served on Board of Studies?
• Have you applied for or managed ICSSR, DST, or AICTE research grants?
• Do you have six or more years of teaching experience at postgraduate level?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
