📌 Key Responsibilities

• Teach advanced B.Pharm and M.Pharm courses in the pharmacy speciality with scholarly depth and research integration
• Guide M.Pharm dissertation students from proposal approval through experimental work, thesis submission, and viva
• Publish research in Scopus-indexed and peer-reviewed pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences journals
• Serve on college committees including Curriculum, Research, Ethics (IEC), and Examination committees
• Contribute significantly to PCI inspection documentation preparation and institutional accreditation activities
• Mentor assistant professors and demonstrators in teaching quality, research skills, and PCI compliance documentation
• Coordinate with affiliated hospitals or research institutions for collaborative research and student clinical exposure

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Ph.D. in Pharmacy (any speciality) from a recognized university strongly preferred
• M.Pharm with extensive research publications and experience considered at some institutions
• 6 - 14 Years of pharmacy college teaching experience with at least 4 years as assistant professor as per PCI norms
• Active research publication record in Scopus or Web of Science indexed pharmaceutical journals
• Experience guiding M.Pharm dissertation students and junior faculty
• Strong PCI compliance knowledge for department documentation and inspection preparation
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities for faculty development support
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
