📌 Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry of customer account information, transaction details, and application forms
• Verify and process account opening forms, KYC documents, and customer requests
• Maintain and update customer records in the core banking system with accuracy
• Assist in processing loans, fixed deposits, and other banking product applications
• Coordinate with branch teams for document collection and compliance requirements
• Prepare daily transaction reports and MIS for branch and back-office management
• Manage physical document filing, retrieval, and archival in an organized manner

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Com/BBA or any graduate degree from a recognized university
• 0 - 2 Years of back-office or data entry experience in banking or BFSI
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic banking software
• High accuracy and speed in data entry and document processing
• Good organizational skills for managing large volumes of documents and records
• Knowledge of basic banking products and KYC documentation norms
• Willingness to work in a structured, process-driven back-office environment
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
