📌 Key Responsibilities

• Verify currency notes for authenticity and identify counterfeit notes
• Balance cash drawer at the start and end of each banking day
• Issue demand drafts, pay orders, and banker's cheques to customers
• Update customer passbooks and process recurring deposit instructions
• Respond to customer queries on account balance, transactions, and charges
• Maintain accurate records of all cash transactions in the core banking system

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Com, BBA, or any graduate degree from a recognized university
• 0 - 2 Years of experience in banking operations or cash handling
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to transactional detail
• Basic knowledge of core banking software (Finacle, Temenos, or similar)
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English
• Ability to work accurately under high-volume transaction pressure
• Honest, reliable, and customer-centric approach to every interaction
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
