• Conduct detailed client skin analysis and consultation before each facial or beauty therapy session
• Deliver body therapy services including body wraps, scrubs, and conditioning treatments as per spa menu
• Recommend skincare products and home care regimens to clients following facial treatments
• Maintain hygiene and sterilisation of facial and body therapy equipment between client sessions
• Keep accurate records of client skin conditions, treatments performed, and product preferences
• Upsell facial treatment packages and skincare products to existing and new spa clients
