• Maintain strict sterilisation and hygiene of nail tools, implements, and workstation between client sessions
• Consult with clients on nail design preferences, nail health, and aftercare recommendations
• Recommend nail care products and treatments for home use to clients following nail services
• Track client appointment preferences and maintain service records for repeat visit personalisation
• Assist in promoting nail care packages and seasonal nail art offerings to walk-in and membership clients
