- Drive B2B client acquisition and retention by working with field sales executives and personally managing key shipper accounts
- Monitor daily branch MIS covering delivered, undelivered, RTO, and COD volumes and identify operational gaps for correction
- Manage hub-level manpower including delivery executives, sorters, and supervisors including recruitment, attendance, and performance reviews
- Coordinate with the regional operations team for linehaul scheduling, hub infrastructure requirements, and expansion plans
- Represent the branch in monthly business reviews with the area manager and present branch performance, challenges, and growth plans
