📌 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat related to consignment tracking, delivery status, and delayed shipments
• Provide real-time consignment status updates to customers and shippers using the courier tracking system
• Coordinate with hub teams and delivery executives to resolve non-delivery cases and reschedule reattempts for failed deliveries
• Log all customer complaints, NDR cases, and escalations accurately in the CRM for tracking and resolution SLA compliance
• Inform customers proactively about shipment exceptions such as address issues, hold at hub, or delivery area non-serviceability
• Handle shipper-side queries regarding pickup scheduling, invoice disputes, and consignment weight discrepancy complaints
• Escalate unresolved complaints, lost consignment cases, and repeat customer issues to the customer service supervisor with full documentation

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in any stream from a recognized institution
• 0 - 2 Years of experience in customer service, BPO, or logistics helpdesk roles; freshers are welcome
• Familiarity with courier tracking systems and the end-to-end courier consignment lifecycle from booking to delivery
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English for handling customer and shipper queries via multiple channels
• Patience and professionalism in handling frustrated customers with delayed or lost consignments
• Comfort with CRM tools and helpdesk ticketing systems for complaint logging and follow-up
• Willingness to work in shifts or extended hours if required during peak parcel volume periods
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
