📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the brand communications strategy for assigned client accounts covering earned media, influencer, content, and social PR channels
• Lead product and service launch communications campaigns from strategic brief through to media rollout, influencer activation, and post-launch coverage analysis
• Create brand narrative frameworks and messaging architectures that position clients distinctly in competitive markets and resonate with target audiences
• Coordinate integrated brand PR campaigns that align earned media, owned social content, influencer partnerships, and events into a coherent communications programme
• Manage media and influencer strategies that build brand salience and drive consumer consideration through authentic earned coverage and third-party endorsement
• Brief and supervise content writers, social media executives, and PR executives on brand campaign deliverables to ensure narrative consistency across all outputs
• Present brand communications strategies and campaign outcomes to senior marketing and brand leadership at client organisations

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of brand communications or consumer PR experience at a PR agency or in-house brand communications team
• Demonstrated expertise in developing brand messaging frameworks and leading product or service launch PR campaigns that generate measurable earned media outcomes
• Strong understanding of consumer brand building through earned media, influencer partnerships, and integrated PR programmes
• Ability to write compelling brand narrative documents, campaign briefs, and communications strategy presentations for senior client marketing leaders
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary campaign teams covering PR, content, social media, and events to deliver integrated brand PR programmes
• MBA in Marketing or Communications is preferred; Graduate in Mass Communication or Journalism with strong brand PR experience is also considered
• Knowledge of consumer research, brand equity measurement, and how earned media and PR contribute to brand health metrics is advantageous
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
