📌 Key Responsibilities

• Write press releases, media statements, backgrounders, fact sheets, and executive bios for PR agency clients across corporate, healthcare, technology, and consumer sectors
• Research and draft thought leadership articles, bylines, and op-eds in the voice of senior client executives for placement in national and industry media
• Develop white papers, case studies, and long-form brand content that support clients' communications and content marketing strategies
• Create brand storytelling content including corporate narratives, brand histories, and messaging frameworks for new product launches and rebranding campaigns
• Write internal communications content including employee newsletters, town hall scripts, and CEO messages for corporate clients
• Edit and proofread all written communications output for grammar, tone consistency, factual accuracy, and alignment with client brand guidelines
• Maintain content calendars for assigned client accounts and coordinate submission timelines with media outlets and publication editors

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or any related discipline with strong English writing and editing skills
• Demonstrated portfolio of PR content including press releases, bylines, white papers, or brand articles from internships, freelance, or academic work
• Ability to research complex topics and write with authority in the voice of senior corporate executives across varied industry sectors
• Understanding of how PR content differs from marketing content in tone, structure, and media placement requirements
• Strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to factual accuracy, grammatical correctness, and consistent brand voice
• Ability to work to tight submission deadlines and manage multiple writing assignments across different client accounts simultaneously
• Familiarity with AP Style, corporate communications writing conventions, and media outlet submission guidelines is an advantage
