📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple audit, tax, and advisory engagements simultaneously
• Supervise and mentor a team of audit assistants, tax consultants, and articleship trainees
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary contact for assigned client portfolio
• Review work output of the team and ensure quality standards and partner sign-off readiness
• Monitor engagement billing, recovery, and profitability for assigned engagements
• Coordinate multi-service delivery including audit, tax, GST, and advisory for the same client
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and support partner-led practice development initiatives

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• CA Qualified with minimum five years of CA firm experience mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to lead an audit or tax team and manage client engagements independently
• Strong knowledge across audit, direct tax, and GST service lines
• Experience reviewing complex financial statements and audit reports before partner sign-off
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to monitor multiple engagement timelines and ensure deadline compliance
• Leadership and mentoring ability to develop junior team members
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
