📌 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the veterinary clinic including scheduling, staffing, and facility management
• Manage billing, invoicing, and revenue tracking in coordination with the accounts team
• Supervise front desk, para-clinical, and support staff and conduct regular performance reviews
• Ensure clinic licensing, drug storage compliance, and veterinary regulatory requirements are met
• Handle escalated pet owner complaints and feedback to maintain service quality
• Manage inventory procurement for medical supplies, drugs, grooming products, and housekeeping items
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures for all clinical and non-clinical workflows

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA in Healthcare or Hospital Administration is an advantage
• Three or more years of operations management experience in a veterinary clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility
• Strong people management skills including staff scheduling, conflict resolution, and performance monitoring
• Proficiency in clinic management software and basic financial reporting tools
• Knowledge of veterinary drug storage compliance, AERB regulations, and clinic licensing requirements
• Excellent communication skills for handling pet owner relations and vendor negotiations
• Demonstrated ability to implement and sustain operational SOPs in a multi-staff clinic environment
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
