📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the client's master corporate messaging framework covering company positioning, key messages, and narrative pillars for all communications
• Prepare and coach client spokespersons for media interviews, analyst briefings, investor communications, and public speaking engagements
• Draft corporate communications materials including chairman statements, annual report content, board presentations, and investor relations copy
• Develop the annual corporate communications calendar aligned with business milestones, regulatory reporting periods, and key stakeholder engagement moments
• Manage external communications for major corporate events including leadership changes, mergers and acquisitions, and joint venture announcements
• Conduct periodic communications audits assessing brand narrative consistency, media perception, and messaging effectiveness across external touchpoints
• Liaise with legal, compliance, and investor relations teams to ensure all public corporate communications are accurate, compliant, and strategically sound

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of corporate communications experience at a PR agency or in-house communications team managing strategic stakeholder communications
• Demonstrated expertise in developing corporate messaging frameworks, executive positioning, and narrative architecture for large organisations
• Experience preparing senior executives for media interviews, analyst calls, and public speaking with written briefing notes and messaging guides
• Ability to write sophisticated corporate communications content including board presentations, annual report narratives, and regulatory announcements
• Strong understanding of stakeholder communications including investor relations support, government relations messaging, and employee leadership communications
• Graduate degree in Mass Communication, English, Journalism, or any related discipline; MBA in Communications or Marketing is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with corporate governance communication requirements for listed and unlisted companies in India is an advantage for client-facing roles
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
