📌 Key Responsibilities

• Analyse quantitative consumer survey data using SPSS, R, or Excel to produce cross-tabulations, frequency distributions, and statistical significance tests
• Clean and prepare raw survey datasets by identifying outliers, missing values, skip pattern errors, and coding inconsistencies
• Develop standard report templates and automate chart generation for recurring brand tracking and customer satisfaction wave studies
• Conduct multivariate analysis including regression, cluster analysis, and factor analysis for advanced consumer insight projects
• Prepare data tables, charts, and written analytical commentary for inclusion in client research reports and presentations
• Collaborate with research executives and managers to interpret data findings and translate them into actionable consumer insights
• Maintain data archives for completed research projects and ensure all analysis files are documented and version-controlled

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline with one to four years of market research data analysis experience
• Proficiency in SPSS for survey data analysis including cross-tabulations, significance testing, and multivariate procedures
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, advanced charting, and macro-based automation for report production
• Working knowledge of R or Python for data cleaning, automation, and advanced statistical analysis is an advantage
• Understanding of quantitative market research methodology including sampling, weighting, and panel design
• Good analytical thinking and the ability to interpret statistical outputs in a business and consumer context
• Strong attention to detail in data validation and report quality assurance processes
