• Lead and mentor the design team including designers, visualizers, and site supervisors.
• Serve as the senior client relationship manager for key accounts and high-value residential and commercial projects.
• Review design outputs, drawings, and client presentations before submission to ensure quality and completeness.
• Support business development by participating in client pitches, preparing capability presentations, and closing new projects.
• Develop and implement studio processes for design documentation, project tracking, and quality assurance.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Des in Interior Design or B.Arch with 5 to 12 years of interior design experience including team leadership.
• Demonstrated portfolio of independently led interior projects across residential and commercial categories.
• Strong team management and mentoring skills for leading multi-disciplinary design studio teams.
• Excellent client relationship management for senior-level engagement across the full project lifecycle.
• Ability to review and maintain design quality standards across a portfolio of concurrent projects.
• Business development awareness including client pitching, scope negotiation, and proposal preparation.
• Proficiency in studio management tools and processes for project tracking, resource planning, and billing.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
