🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/MBA in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 10 - 15 Years of software engineering with 3+ years in engineering management
- Experience leading and scaling engineering teams of 10+ members
- Proven track record of hiring senior engineers and building strong teams
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and delivery
- Experience in agile delivery, OKR setting, and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication skills for executive stakeholder management
