📋 Job Description

Jobzi is sourcing qualified candidates for Examination Controller positions in Chennai private engineering colleges. This role is with an AICTE-approved self-financing engineering college affiliated to Anna University or another recognized technical university, offering a structured academic career with NBA accreditation support and faculty development programmes.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the complete examination calendar for internal assessments, model examinations, and Anna University semester examinations
• Coordinate with Anna University's examination division for student registration, hall ticket download, and result processing
• Manage confidential question paper printing, sealed distribution to examination centres, and flying squad arrangement
• Organize valuation camps, assign internal examiners, and liaise with the university for central valuation
• Process supplementary examination registration, revaluation, photocopy applications, and result correction petitions
• Maintain OBE (Outcome-Based Education) examination data including CO-wise marks analysis and attainment reports
• Prepare examination audit documentation for NAAC, NBA, and Anna University periodic inspections

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Any postgraduate degree from a recognized university
• 6 - 15 Years of examination administration experience, preferably in an engineering college under Anna University
• In-depth knowledge of Anna University examination procedures, portal operations, and affiliation norms
• Experience managing large-scale examination operations (2,000+ students, 30+ examination halls)
• Strong organizational, confidentiality, and crisis management skills for examination-day operations
• Familiarity with OBE (Outcome-Based Education) internal assessment patterns and CO attainment computation
• Working knowledge of examination management software used by engineering colleges
