- Coordinate lap dip, strike off, and bulk fabric approvals between the fabric supplier and the buyer's quality representative
- Analyse fabric construction parameters including yarn count, weave structure, GSM, and shrinkage against buyer requirements
- Raise purchase orders for approved fabrics, track delivery timelines, and escalate delays to the production planning team
- Maintain fabric vendor database, price history, and approval status records for all active fabric suppliers
