• Enforce inline quality standards by conducting periodic operator checks and addressing recurring defects through retraining
• Manage WIP movement between cutting, sewing, and finishing sections to maintain smooth bundle flow across the line
• Plan shift-wise operator allocation considering absenteeism, new operator deployment, and multi-skilled rotation
• Prepare shift production reports covering actual output, efficiency percentage, operator headcount, and rework count
• Coordinate with IE, maintenance, and cutting sections to resolve bottlenecks, machine breakdowns, and material shortages
