• Curate capsule wardrobe recommendations for regular clients and assist in building versatile clothing combinations
• Advise on accessory, footwear, and bag pairings to complete styled looks across casual, formal, and ethnic categories
• Build long-term relationships with premium customers and follow up on new arrivals relevant to their preferences
• Stay updated on current fashion trends, seasonal launches, and style movements to provide relevant advisory
• Manage appointment schedules for personal shopping sessions and maintain styling notes for returning clients

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Fashion Styling, Fashion Design, or Retail Fashion from a recognised institution; Graduate in any discipline also eligible
• Zero to three years of personal styling or fashion advisory experience in a retail or freelance context
• Strong personal fashion sense combined with the ability to dress clients of diverse body types and occasions
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills for understanding client preferences and translating them into outfit choices
• Knowledge of current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and styling principles across casual, ethnic, and formal categories
• Ability to manage appointment-based sessions and maintain confidentiality of client wardrobe preferences
• Portfolio or social media presence demonstrating styling projects or outfit curation work is an advantage
