📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute fashion store floor displays, window displays, and mannequin styling as per brand VM guidelines
• Develop and implement planograms for all apparel sections including colour blocking, zoning, and size flow
• Plan and execute seasonal collection changeovers aligned to the store's fashion calendar
• Coordinate with the buying and merchandising team to ensure display products are available on the floor
• Source and manage VM props, signage, and display fixtures in line with allocated budgets
• Monitor display effectiveness by tracking sales movement on key featured products after each changeover
• Train floor staff on planogram compliance and basic daily display maintenance responsibilities

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, or Fashion Design from a recognised institution; or Graduate in any field
• Portfolio demonstrating fashion store displays, mannequin styling, and planogram layouts
• Working knowledge of fashion colour theory, garment coordination, and apparel display best practices
• Proficiency in basic design tools or hand-sketching for planogram and display layout planning
• Strong aesthetic sensibility with a commercial understanding of how displays drive sales
• Ability to manage multiple display setups across a store floor simultaneously within tight timelines
• Freshers with strong portfolios from fashion design or merchandising programmes are eligible
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
