📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance of electrical systems in assigned facility
• Maintain LT panels, distribution boards, MCBs, and switchgear
• Service and monitor UPS systems, inverters, and DG sets
• Replace and maintain lighting fixtures, LED lights, and emergency lighting
• Monitor power consumption and report anomalies to FM manager
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults including short circuits and power tripping
• Follow permit-to-work and lockout-tagout procedures for all electrical maintenance activities
