📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end product features independently, owning both the frontend UI and the backend API layers.
• Design and implement RESTful or GraphQL APIs and connect them to responsive web interfaces built in React or Vue.
• Set up and maintain database schemas, write optimised queries, and handle data migration scripts as products evolve.
• Containerise applications using Docker and participate in CI/CD pipeline maintenance to enable rapid product deployments.
• Conduct thorough code reviews for peers and mentor junior engineers on full stack best practices.
• Collaborate directly with product managers and designers to scope features, estimate effort, and deliver user-facing improvements.
• Monitor application health using logging and alerting tools, diagnosing and resolving cross-stack production incidents.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology with one to four years of hands-on full stack development experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in a modern frontend framework (React.js or Vue.js) and a backend language (Node.js, Python, or Java).
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and, ideally, working with GraphQL schemas.
• Familiarity with both relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) databases.
• Exposure to containerisation with Docker and basic understanding of deployment pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Ability to independently take a feature from design handoff through development, testing, and deployment.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional agile teams within a product company setting.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
