📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned equity mutual fund schemes by making buy, hold, and sell decisions aligned with scheme mandates, SEBI guidelines, and investor risk profiles
• Lead investment thesis development and stock selection by working closely with the equity research analyst team
• Present portfolio strategy, performance attribution, and market outlook at monthly investment committee meetings
• Ensure that all portfolio decisions comply with SEBI exposure limits, scheme categorisation mandates, and internal investment policy guidelines
• Engage with institutional investors, distributors, and media on fund philosophy, performance, and market positioning
• Monitor portfolio risk metrics including tracking error, sector concentration, and VaR in coordination with the risk management team
• Mentor junior research analysts and associate fund managers to develop the AMC's internal investment talent pipeline
