📌 Key Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging educational infographics, diagrams, charts, and illustrated assets for K-12 and competitive exam content modules.
• Design PowerPoint and Google Slides templates for academic presentations, course covers, and instructional design storyboards.
• Produce visual assets for eLearning modules including icons, background illustrations, character graphics, and interactive screen layouts.
• Adapt and reformat existing content visuals for use across mobile, tablet, and desktop learning platforms with appropriate resolution and sizing.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and content writers to understand the educational purpose of each visual and ensure design accuracy.
• Illustrate scientific diagrams, biological figures, mathematical graphs, and historical maps with factual accuracy for academic content.
• Maintain visual consistency across the platform's content library by adhering to the company's design style guide and brand standards.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Arts from a recognised institution.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for creating and editing educational visual assets.
• Ability to design clean, informative infographics that communicate academic concepts clearly to student audiences.
• Familiarity with Canva or Figma for rapid template creation and design collaboration with instructional design teams.
• Understanding of visual hierarchy, colour theory, and typography as applied to educational content for different age groups.
• Attention to scientific and mathematical accuracy when illustrating diagrams, graphs, and technical figures for academic subjects.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks simultaneously, meeting content production deadlines in a fast-paced EdTech content team environment.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
