📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the content and curriculum development function across all training product lines including soft skills, IT, leadership, language, and vocational tracks
• Define content strategy, curriculum architecture standards, and quality governance frameworks for all training IP developed by the company
• Oversee a team of instructional designers, curriculum developers, and e-learning content developers
• Drive the development of proprietary training IP that differentiates the company's offerings in the corporate training market
• Review and approve all major curriculum and e-learning deliverables before client deployment
• Collaborate with the sales and L and D teams to identify content gaps and translate market demand into new training products
• Represent the company's content capability to clients, partners, and industry forums

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA in HR, instructional design, or equivalent graduate degree with strong L and D content development background
• 6 to 14 years of experience in corporate training content development with at least 3 years in a content leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams of instructional designers and curriculum developers
• Strong strategic thinking for content portfolio development and training IP creation
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills for presenting content strategy to senior leadership and clients
• Experience establishing quality governance frameworks and content review processes
• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools, LMS deployment, and digital learning content standards
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
