📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AMC operations including investor services, R and T coordination, fund accounting oversight, and back-office transaction processing
• Set and enforce service quality standards and turnaround time norms across all investor-facing and internal operations functions
• Manage the AMC's relationships with R and T agents, custodians, banks, and other operational service providers through SLA governance
• Drive operations process automation initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and lower per-transaction costs
• Oversee investor grievance redressal and ensure compliance with SEBI investor complaint resolution timelines and AMFI service standards
• Prepare board-level operations reports, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance updates for the CEO and trustee board
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing operations team across investor services, fund accounting, KYC compliance, and technology functions
