📌 Key Responsibilities
- Answer and resolve IT helpdesk calls, emails, and chat queries from employees
- Troubleshoot basic Windows OS, MS Office, and email client issues
- Reset passwords, unlock accounts, and manage MFA setup for users
- Provide remote desktop support using TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or RDP
- Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 support with complete documentation
- Maintain helpdesk ticket logs, closure reports, and SLA compliance metrics
- Assist in IT onboarding of new employees including system setup and access
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- Any degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, Diploma, or equivalent
- 0 - 2 Years of helpdesk or customer support experience
- Basic Windows PC troubleshooting and MS Office support skills
- Good verbal communication in Tamil and English
- Patience and positive attitude for user-facing support roles
- Ability to log tickets accurately and follow up on open issues
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
