📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end interior project delivery from design handover to client possession for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare and track detailed project schedules covering design, procurement, fabrication, and site execution phases.
• Coordinate with designers, visualizers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage client communication throughout project execution including progress updates, change order approvals, and issue resolution.
• Track project budgets, process vendor and subcontractor invoices, and manage cost-to-complete forecasts.
• Review working drawings and specifications before site handover to identify and resolve design gaps.
• Conduct final client walkthroughs, manage snag resolution, and coordinate possession handover documentation.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Des in Interior Design, B.Arch, or B.E. Civil with 3 to 8 years of interior project management experience.
• Proven record of independently managing residential or commercial interior projects from design to handover.
• Strong client management skills for maintaining relationships through the full project execution lifecycle.
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools and MS Excel for budget tracking and progress monitoring.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including designers, site supervisors, and specialist subcontractors.
• Sound understanding of interior material procurement, fabrication lead times, and site sequencing.
• Knowledge of standard interior design documentation including drawing sets, BOQs, and procurement schedules.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
