Jobzi is sourcing qualified candidates for IT Support Engineer positions at Chennai IT companies. This role is based along the OMR IT Corridor and surrounding technology parks. You will join a dynamic IT team working on real-world projects with opportunities for growth and skill development.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to employees for hardware and software issues
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues
• Manage Active Directory user accounts, password resets, and access provisioning
• Configure and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity for end users
• Set up and image new laptops and desktops using standard configurations
• Log all support incidents in the ticketing system and follow SLA timelines
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair, replacement, and warranty claims

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/BCA or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 1 - 3 Years of IT support or helpdesk experience
• Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365, and basic networking
• Active Directory user management and group policy basics
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open tickets
