📌 Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the warehouse management system including user account management, role-based access control, and system configuration settings
• Manage WMS master data including item masters, bin location masters, vendor masters, and UOM mappings to ensure accuracy
• Provide first-line technical support for WMS users including troubleshooting transaction errors, handheld scanner issues, and barcode printer problems
• Configure and maintain barcode label printers, handheld scanners, RFID readers, and label templates for warehouse operations
• Support integration between WMS and ERP or transport management systems and escalate data sync issues to the software vendor
• Generate WMS reports and operational dashboards for warehouse management including productivity, inventory accuracy, and pending task reports
• Train new warehouse users on WMS operations, handheld scanner usage, and barcode scanning workflows

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Which WMS have you administered or supported - SAP EWM, Manhattan WMS, Increff, Vinculum, or other systems?
• Have you managed user access control and role configuration in a WMS?
• Have you provided technical support for barcode scanners, RFID readers, or label printers in a warehouse?
• Are you comfortable managing WMS master data including item and location masters?
• Have you supported a WMS-ERP integration and troubleshot data sync issues?
• Have you generated WMS dashboards or reports for warehouse management review?
• Have you trained warehouse floor staff on WMS or handheld scanner usage?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
