📌 Key Responsibilities

• Write SQL queries to extract, filter, and aggregate data from relational databases for reporting and analysis
• Build and maintain Excel and Power BI dashboards to track key business metrics for internal stakeholders
• Clean and preprocess data sets to ensure accuracy and consistency before analytical workflows
• Assist senior analysts in developing data models and preparing analysis-ready data pipelines
• Create scheduled reports summarising sales, operations, or marketing performance for business teams
• Identify trends and anomalies in data sets and escalate findings to senior team members
• Document analytical processes and maintain version-controlled query libraries for team reuse

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E. or B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write multi-table joins, subqueries, and aggregation logic
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts
• Exposure to at least one BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio
• Basic understanding of Python or R for data manipulation is an added advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret numerical data accurately
• Good communication skills to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
