📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assist parents and caregivers in selecting appropriate clothing for infants, toddlers, and older children
• Guide customers on age-appropriate sizing, safe fabric choices, and care instructions for baby and kidswear
• Maintain the kidswear section in a clean, organised, and visually appealing condition at all times
• Communicate ongoing promotions on kidswear and recommend seasonal additions to customer wardrobes
• Handle product exchanges and returns for children's garments calmly and as per store policy
• Replenish racks with fresh stock from the backroom and ensure size availability is maintained throughout the day
• Achieve daily sales targets for the kidswear section and report any stock shortages to the supervisor

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 12th pass from a recognised board in any stream
• Warm and patient personality suited to assisting parents and young families in a retail environment
• Basic knowledge of infant and children's clothing sizing and age-appropriate fabric standards
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and extended hours during festive and back-to-school seasons
• Good communication skills in Tamil for interacting with a predominantly local customer base
• Physical stamina to stand and assist customers on the floor throughout the shift
• Freshers with a caring and patient approach to customer service are eligible to apply
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
