📌 Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify KYC documents submitted by new and existing investors for completeness and SEBI compliance
• Classify investors by risk category (low, medium, high) as per PMLA and SEBI AML guidelines
• Monitor transactions for suspicious patterns and prepare suspicious transaction reports (STRs) for reporting to FIU-IND
• Maintain CKYC registry records and ensure timely updates for all unit-holders
• Liaise with compliance and legal teams to address KYC deficiencies and investor non-compliance
• Prepare periodic AML compliance reports for internal audit and regulatory submissions
• Support periodic investor due diligence reviews and enhanced due diligence for high-risk accounts
