📌 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver spoken English or Tamil language training to corporate employees and freshers in batch settings
• Design and adapt language training modules covering pronunciation, fluency, grammar in use, and professional communication
• Conduct individual and group speaking assessments to measure participant language proficiency levels
• Facilitate interactive activities such as group discussions, role plays, and presentations to build spoken confidence
• Provide structured individual feedback on pronunciation errors, grammar gaps, and communication habits
• Track participant progress over the training cycle and report improvements to the training coordinator
• Coordinate with operations on batch schedules, venue arrangements, and participant attendance

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with strong spoken English or Tamil communication skills
• 0 to 3 years of experience in corporate language training, spoken English coaching, or communication skills training
• Familiarity with common spoken errors and language challenges faced by corporate employees from Tamil-medium backgrounds
• Ability to design and deliver interactive language learning activities for adult corporate participants
• Good assessment skills for evaluating spoken language proficiency at different levels
• Comfortable delivering training in both classroom and virtual formats
• Certification in English language teaching (CELTA, TEFL, or equivalent) is an advantage
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
