- Coach individual participants on leadership style, stakeholder influence, and personal development goals during programme engagements
- Customise leadership development content and activities to align with client industry context and leadership competency frameworks
- Evaluate cohort progress and provide post-programme development reports to client HR and talent teams
- Stay current with leadership development research and integrate emerging facilitation methodologies into programme design
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- MBA or graduate degree with professional certification in coaching or leadership facilitation
- 3 to 8 years of leadership development programme design and facilitation experience
- Experience administering and debriefing 360-degree feedback and psychometric tools such as DISC, Hogan, or MBTI
- Strong executive presence and facilitation skills for engaging senior leadership audiences
- Demonstrated ability to coach senior participants one-on-one on leadership and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with action learning methodology and experiential leadership development approaches
- Excellent written and verbal communication for programme reports and senior client presentations
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
