• Conduct listening, speaking, reading, and writing skill sessions relevant to technical workplace communication
• Deliver soft skills modules including resume writing, interview communication, group discussion, and email writing for student placement readiness
• Prepare internal assessment question papers, conduct oral evaluations, and maintain marks records
• Guide students in technical report writing for final-year diploma project documentation
• Assist in language lab practical sessions if language lab facilities are available
• Participate in English and communication FDP organized by DOTE and polytechnic associations

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• M.A. English from a recognized university or B.Ed. with English specialization
• 0 - 4 Years of English or communication teaching experience; polytechnic or technical institution experience preferred
• Strong English language skills and ability to teach technical communication to diploma-level students
• Good spoken English with classroom presence suitable for mixed Tamil-English medium student groups
• Ability to conduct soft skills sessions: resume writing, mock interviews, and group discussions
