• Develop and implement clinical protocols for chronic disease management, Panchakarma, and wellness programmes
• Manage inpatient care, treatment escalation, and emergency referral pathways within the AYUSH facility
• Ensure medico-legal compliance including informed consent, case documentation, and patient privacy standards
• Coordinate with wellness management and administrative teams on clinical capacity and resource planning
• Lead clinical audit, treatment outcome reviews, and continuing medical education programmes for clinical staff
