📌 Key Responsibilities

• Pack completed delivery orders correctly into designated containers with tamper-evident seals and accurate order labels.
• Verify all order items against the aggregator order ticket before sealing and dispatch to prevent order accuracy errors.
• Hand over packed orders to Zomato and Swiggy delivery partners at the dispatch point and confirm pickup in the app.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the packing station throughout the shift to meet food safety standards.
• Communicate packing delays or missing items to the kitchen team promptly to reduce aggregator order cancellations.
• Track concurrent active orders on the aggregator app during peak hours and prioritise packing by delivery deadline.
• Record dispatch logs including order ID, dispatch time, and delivery partner name for the shift handover report.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 12th pass certificate required; prior experience in a delivery kitchen, packing, or dispatch role is preferred.
• Zero to two years of relevant experience in food delivery packing, logistics, or order fulfilment operations.
• Good attention to detail to verify order accuracy and prevent wrong or incomplete items from being dispatched.
• Familiarity with Zomato and Swiggy restaurant partner app order interfaces is an advantage.
• Physical ability to work efficiently at a fast-paced packing station during high-volume lunch and dinner order peaks.
• Willingness to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic written and spoken Tamil and English skills for recording dispatch logs and communicating with delivery partners.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
