📌 Key Responsibilities

• Generate e-way bills on the GST portal for all outbound interstate and intrastate shipments as per dispatch order requirements
• Prepare lorry receipts, delivery challans, gate passes, and outbound shipment documentation for all dispatch vehicles
• Coordinate with transporters and vehicle operators for timely vehicle placement at the outbound loading dock
• Verify invoice amounts, HSN codes, and GST details on outbound documents before vehicle release
• Monitor outbound shipment status and update the sales or distribution team with dispatch timelines and vehicle tracking details
• Prepare daily and weekly dispatch MIS reports covering shipment volumes, pending dispatches, and transporter performance
• Maintain outbound dispatch records, lorry receipt copies, and e-way bill logs for GST audit and reconciliation purposes

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Have you generated e-way bills on the GST portal for outbound warehouse shipments?
• Are you familiar with lorry receipt preparation and other outbound dispatch documentation?
• Have you coordinated with transporters for vehicle placement and shipment planning?
• Are you comfortable verifying GST invoices for HSN code accuracy and tax amounts before dispatch?
• Have you prepared daily dispatch MIS reports for management or sales teams?
• Have you handled outbound documentation for multiple clients or destinations simultaneously?
• Are you aware of the e-way bill validity rules for different shipment distances under GST?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
