Jobzi is sourcing qualified candidates for Penetration Tester positions at Chennai IT companies. This role is based along the OMR IT Corridor and surrounding technology parks. You will join a dynamic IT team working on real-world projects with opportunities for growth and skill development.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct web application penetration testing using OWASP methodology and Burp Suite
• Perform network penetration testing including reconnaissance, scanning, and exploitation
• Identify vulnerabilities in web applications, APIs, and network infrastructure
• Write comprehensive penetration test reports with severity ratings and remediation guidance
• Conduct social engineering simulations and phishing campaigns for clients
• Perform code review for security vulnerabilities in application source code
• Research and verify security patches post-remediation to close vulnerability gaps

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3 - 6 Years of penetration testing experience
• CEH, OSCP, or GPEN certification strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, and Kali Linux tools
• Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10 web application vulnerabilities
• Scripting skills in Python or Bash for custom exploit development
• Ability to write clear, professional pentest reports for technical and executive audiences
