🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Des in Interior Design or B.Arch from a recognized institution with 10 to 25 years of design leadership experience.
• Exceptional portfolio of flagship residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects demonstrating design authorship.
• Established reputation in Chennai's interior design market or relevant national design community.
• Experience leading a studio or large design team with proven ability to develop design talent.
• Strong business acumen for studio growth, pricing strategy, client acquisition, and partnership development.
• Track record of published work, design award recognition, or industry speaking engagements.
