📌 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee curriculum planning, teacher performance, student outcomes, and board examination results at all class levels.
• Manage CBSE or board affiliation compliance, inspection readiness, and all statutory regulatory requirements.
• Lead staff recruitment, performance management, professional development, and succession planning for the school.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, the school management committee, and the local community.
• Oversee school budgeting, infrastructure planning, and resource allocation in coordination with the management trust.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• M.Ed. with specialisation in Educational Administration or School Leadership is the primary qualification required.
• Ph.D. in Education or related field is preferred for Principals of large CBSE schools with Class 12.
• Minimum 12 to 15 years of teaching experience with 5 or more years in school leadership roles such as Vice Principal or Principal.
