📌 Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap aligned with company vision and user needs
• Write clear product requirements documents (PRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Prioritize feature backlog based on business impact, effort, and user feedback
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams for on-time product delivery
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking
• Define and track product KPIs, OKRs, and business metrics
• Lead A/B experiments and use data to drive product decisions

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/MBA in Computer Science, IT, or Business Management
• 6 - 12 Years of product management experience with 3+ years as PM
• Ability to write detailed PRDs and define product specifications
• Experience working in agile/scrum teams and managing product backlogs
• Data-driven decision making using product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude)
• Strong user empathy and customer-centric product thinking
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional alignment skills
