- Make real-time decisions on scope, trade-offs, and feature prioritization
- Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, customers, and end users
- Ensure sprint deliverables meet definition of done and business requirements
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/MBA in Computer Science, IT, or Business
- 5 - 10 Years of experience with 2+ years as Product Owner
- CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or PMI-ACP certification preferred
- Expertise in writing user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
- Experience managing product backlogs in JIRA or Azure DevOps
- Strong stakeholder communication and requirement prioritization skills
- Understanding of agile scrum framework and sprint ceremonies
