📌 Key Responsibilities

• Teach advanced postgraduate and research-level courses in the engineering specialization with scholarly depth
• Supervise multiple PhD research scholars and guide M.E./M.Tech thesis students to completion and publication
• Lead externally funded research projects from DST-SERB, DRDO, CSIR, DBT, or international funding agencies
• Publish high-impact research in SCI, Scopus Q1/Q2, and international IEEE/ACM journals
• Serve on Academic Council, Research Committee, NBA coordination team, and IQAC in senior roles
• Build research collaborations with IITs, NITs, national laboratories, and international universities
• Represent the college at national conferences, journal editorial boards, and industry-academia forums

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Ph.D. in relevant engineering subject mandatory
• 14 - 28 Years of engineering college or research institute experience as per AICTE/UGC Professor grade norms
• Extensive SCI/Scopus publication record with significant citation index (h-index)
• Multiple externally funded research projects completed or ongoing
• Minimum 5 PhD scholars supervised to award; ongoing supervision of additional scholars
• National or international recognition: invited talks, award papers, journal editorships, or patent grants
• Proven track record in attracting research funding and building research reputation for the institution
