📌 Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using React Native for the company's SaaS or product platform.
• Develop reusable, performant React Native components and screens aligned with UI/UX design specifications.
• Integrate REST APIs and manage application state using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API patterns.
• Bridge native Android and iOS modules when platform-specific functionality is required beyond the React Native core.
• Manage app deployment pipelines including builds, code signing, and releases to both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Debug cross-platform rendering and performance issues using React Native Debugger, Flipper, and platform profiling tools.
• Collaborate with backend engineers and product managers to define mobile feature scope, API contracts, and release schedules.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science or IT with one to four years of React Native development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript; React.js web experience is a significant advantage.
• Hands-on experience building and releasing React Native apps on both Android and iOS platforms.
• Familiarity with state management solutions including Redux Toolkit, MobX, or Zustand.
• Ability to write and integrate native modules in Java/Kotlin (Android) or Objective-C/Swift (iOS) when required.
• Experience with Expo managed or bare workflow for project setup and over-the-air update management.
• Understanding of mobile performance optimisation techniques such as lazy loading, memoisation, and FlatList optimisation.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
