📌 Key Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce org configuration including objects, fields, and page layouts
- Create and maintain user profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules
- Build reports, dashboards, and list views for sales and management teams
- Automate business processes using Salesforce Flows and approval processes
- Perform data migrations using Data Loader and mass-update operations
- Install, configure, and manage AppExchange packages
- Train users, manage cases, and serve as the primary Salesforce support contact
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MBA in Computer Science, IT, or Business
- 2 - 5 Years of Salesforce administration experience
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) certification mandatory
- Hands-on with Salesforce configuration: workflows, validation rules, flows
- Experience with data management tools (Data Loader, Workbench)
- Ability to create complex reports and dashboards
- Good business communication skills for requirement gathering from sales teams
